So, hab wieder eine Mail bekommen. Hatte noch mal was wegen Fastpass und dem "Verfall" ungenutzter Meal-Credits geschrieben. Außerdem hat mich der Hafer gestochen und ich hab geschrieben, dass ich diese Woche und Sohnemann nächste Woche Geburtstag haben und dass sie uns ja als Wiedergutmachung was schicken könnten. Er war ja krank und wir mussten deswegen Essen stornieren. Müssen die ja nicht wissen, dass wir es eh nicht gepackt hätten.
Hätte nie ernsthaft mit etwas gerechnet aber... Er will mir/uns was schicken. Bin ja gespannt wie ein Flitzebogen. Sieht so aus, als ob ich da einen Cast Member erwischt habe, der seinen Job sehr ernst nimmt

I am very pleased to read that you and your friends were happy to
receive the recipes from Ohana. As this is also one of my favorite
restaurants, I completely understand your desire to make these dishes at
home and hope that they turn out as well as they do in the restaurant.
Thank you for also providing your feedback in regards to our FastPass
service. I know that we did not specifically discuss this matter when
we spoke, however please know that we certainly take your comments and
concerns seriously. We often test systems and new elements in our Theme
Parks as part of our ongoing innovation process to make the entire Guest
experience even better. Please know that your feedback is greatly
appreciated and will be shared with the appropriate areas.
In regards to your concerns with the expiration of your unused meal plan
credits, please know that our current policy does allow you to use your
remaining meal plan until midnight of the day of your departure.
Regrettably, unused meal plan credits are not refundable. However,
please know that we do monitor our Guests feedback on policy issues and
make changes from time to time as needed. I have shared your concerns
regarding the dining plan with the appropriate areas so that our Food
and Beverage Leaders are aware for future planning.
Lastly, I would like to create a little magic for you and your son's
birthday and send a small gesture for the two of you. Please allow up
to six to eight weeks for delivery as it will be shipped
internationally.
