Après les fêtes, nous diffuserons le compte-rendu de la rencontre avec le Président du Conseil de Surveillance d’Euro Disney SCA qui a eu lieu le 20 décembre.
Sachez dès à présent que notre demande de communication a été entendue : des membres du Conseil de Surveillance seront présents à 2 Tables rondes ou Conférences dès 2012 pour répondre à nos questions.
Monsieur Jeancourt-Galignani a précisé qu’il sera plus facile de dialoguer avec les Actionnaires maintenant que nous sommes regroupés en Association.

Elle s'est déroulée au Castle Club. Ont été mentionnés: un grand livre pour les 20ans, le show Dream (plus beau que World of Colour), la refonte des passeports avec meilleure répartition des avantages, Ratatouille toujours en attente.

TABLE RONDE 31 MAI ROUND TABLE
Petit compte-rendu rapide de la Table ronde du 31 mai, avant d’en rédiger un exhaustif d’ici ce week-end.
Little report before an exhaustive one this week-end, I hope.
Peu d'infos vraiment nouvelles pour ceux qui ont lu les comptes - rendus des 3 dernières Tables rondes, mais quand même on note l’avancement de certains projets.
Les questions de l’APPAED ont servi de trame à l'introduction de Philippe GAS et Mark STEAD
.
Mark STEAD a parlé des résultats et redit qu’ils n’étaient pas mécontents, ils essaient de tendre vers l'équilibre des résultats et des charges. Il faut surtout regarder la ligne Cash Flow et non la perte annoncée qui déduit les charges et provisions.
Le Press Event a obtenu un retour 3 à 4 fois supérieur à l’investissement en matière de couverture médiatique. Les réservations sont en hausse de 7% en ce moment.
Les investissements vont continuer car ils portent la performance. Développement des Studios prévu jusqu’en 2018. Ratatouille doit ouvrir en 2014, ce sera un concept unique. Un hôtel dans le Parc??? Ils y réfléchissent. Tout est question de choix et de priorités, et soumis à l’accord des Banques.
Taux de satisfaction pour DREAMS® : 94%. Retour des « soirées » à partir de 17h ou 18h, avec des packages restaurants/Dreams accès VIP.
Les restaurants du Parc vont ouvrir plus tard, il fallait l'autorisation administrative car certains sont près de Dreams (Auberge Cendrillon). C’est fait depuis le début de la semaine. Nouveau Chef au California Grill depuis 15 jours, Philippe Geneletti très inventif et qui a carte blanche pour en faire un restaurant « gourmet » haut de gamme.
Il y aura un nouveau concept pour le Disney Store, au service de l’imagination. Il faut revoir la story line du Village, la rue doit raconter une histoire. Arrivée de nouveaux magasins : LEGO® ?????????.
L'outil informatique en général est désuet : il sera revu complètement, pour la réservation, le suivi des clients dans les hôtels, le suivi des passeports annuels. Cela intégrera la notion de fidélité qui va être mise en place avec les nouveaux Passeports Annuels avant la fin de l'année.
Les Villages Nature avancent, 1ère tranche 2016. Le permis de construire vient d’être déposé. Le Parc Aquatique sera unique en Europe.
Suite à la demande de l’APPAED, des documents financiers, comptes - rendus de table ronde, lettres du Club Actionnaire, document de référence de l’Assemblée Générale….. sont depuis quelques jours disponibles à la consultation au salon Mickey.
Philippe GAS a reconnu que la « communication » est un problème majeur qu’il faut gérer.
